Cancellation Policy:
> THREE weeks out: Full refund (minus online payment fee)
< THREE weeks out: Full refund given only if spot is filled (minus online payment fee).
(Online payment fees: $20 youth, $25 elite)
*Note on the cancellation policy change from TWO to THREE weeks: Each year, last-minute cancellations have become increasingly more frequent. I’ve always been proud of how we can fill the spots from our waiting list and refund that hard earned money, but it has become apparent that two weeks is not enough for the number of cancellations I am receiving. Thanks for your understanding!
Coronavirus Cancellation Policy:
If we must cancel camp due to the coronavirus situation, we will be offering FULL refunds minus the online payment fee we incur from Stripe if you paid with card.
